How to customize emails?
Updated over a week ago

We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest feature, the Custom Email Templates Editor, designed to empower our customers to effortlessly customize email templates in any language. With this enhancement, you can tailor email communications to perfectly align with your brand's voice.

Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to the Next-Gen Settings (the Client Communication tab -> Email Templates).

  2. Choose the email template you wish to modify and the language you want to customize it for.

  3. Modify the email content according to your specific requirements.
We highly recommend to modify text blocks without touching any HTML tags.
If you need to modify HTML or CSS code, be mindful of markup errors: check if all the tags are closed, variables and markup syntax is correct so the layout of the email stays persistent.

Please note that you always need to translate the template entirely as automatic translations are not provided for customized email templates.

  4. After making the necessary adjustments, simply click the "Save" button to preserve your changes. The updated email template will then be applied for future correspondences.

FAQ

Can I modify emails that are sent to me as a company owner?

Currently you can modify only the templates that are sent to the customer. Emails that are sent to the company owner can't be modified at this moment.

Why all the templates are displayed in English even though a different language is selected?

Currently all the templates are displayed in English only. Which means these are the default templates and if no changes are made to them the default translated version of the template will be sent to a customer.
However, once changes are made and saved, the exact modified template will be used for the selected language, and no further automatic translation will occur. So if you customize the template for any language other than English, you need to always translate the template entirely.

Can I reset the email template back to default?

Yes, you'd need to click the "Reset to default" button in the bottom of the editor:
