We understand that some, if not most, of your customers are professional designers and engineers who often need to upload more than one model, very often many slightly different iterations of the same part.
By default we support up to 30 model uploads in one session.
A session is started when you or your customer first opens the DigiFabster quoting tool. If you upload parts and delete them, these will still count towards the session.
To start a new session, click "Get A New Quote" at the top right of the page.
We understand that some customer would like to upload more than 30 models in one go though, so If you need this limit increased, please let us know via the chat icon in the bottom right of your account.
Let us know that you would like to increase the 'model upload limit' and how many uploads you would like to allow in one session.

Increasing the model upload limit can impact the speed at which the widget can quote.
