We update our features and functionality roughly once per two weeks. Usually these updates have some impact on the texts appearing on the widget and in automated end-user emails. We try to keep the "other language" texts updated too, but sometimes the translation updates don't keep up with the feature updates.

So should you find English expressions in "your" language version of widget and emails, just contact us, preferrably with a screen print of the problem, and if in any way possible, your proposal for a translation into "your" language. 

We will make sure that with the next update those English expressions are replaced with expressions in "your" language.
