The billing page is where you can find information about your subscriptions and where you add card details to ensure you account is not blocked in the event of a missed payment. You can also submit a cancellation request and deactivate your widget from this page.
Note, while we try to update this information as much as we can, sometimes the figures stated on this page may not reflect your most up to date payments. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
The Billing section shows information about the plan that you are on and your next payment. As of 2023, all new plans no longer have a limit on the number of quotes. For all new plans, please ignore the 'Free Quotes'information.
In order to make sure your subscription payment is succesful. We require a credit card to be added to your account. To do this click change card to open the Card details popup and add your card details. If you want to pay with a bank transfer, please let us know so we can inform the billing team.
If you want to cancel your DigiDabster subscription, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the widget deactivation section. You will be prompted to fill in a cancellation request form which will be sent to the billing team. Once we receive this we'll process your request.
