There are a number of ways to contact us but the easiest way is using the chat window at the bottom right of your account. This is also shown when on the knowledge base and on the DigiFabster website.
The chat window contains links to some of the more popular help articles and allows you to send messages to our team at any time. You can upload images and files also to help exmplain your problem or question. You can also continue previous messages by opening them up and continuing where you left off. This helps us track the issue and makes sure we don't miss anything or ask the same questions again.
The Change log keeps you up to date with the latest feature updates, and product changes. You can bookmark the changelog or find a summary of the latest changes by clicking the bell icon next to the Digifabster logo at the top left of your account.
