Trello is a visual tool that empowers your team to manage any type of project, workflow, or task tracking. Add files, checklists, or even automation: Customize it all for how your team works best.

To integrate with Trello, follow the steps below:

NOTE: Our user will need to remain an active Admin user of your board. This will ensure that all Placed orders continue to successfully sync. Removing our user access from your board will break the integration and prevent Placed orders from syncing to Trello.

2. Provide our support team with the name of the board/list you’d like integrated.

3. Let our support team know which sync logic you'd prefer (details below in the Integration Logic section)

This integration is a one-way sync from DigiFabster to Trello

DigiFabster orders with a status of Placed will sync to your board and be shown in your preferred list.

Option 1 - Ganular

This sync logic creates one order card and one line item card for each line item. This is ideal if you'd like to manually move each line item card to a specific list throughout the manufacturing process.

Option 2 - High-Level

This sync logic creates one single order card with details of each line item in that card. This is ideal if you'd prefer a cleaner look and your processes allow for line item details to remain in a single loaction.

Order attachments (for example, packing lists, invoices, and repaired models) are not able to be synced to Trello. However, there is a link in the Trello card to the DigiFabster order where you can find these items.

Important Note(!): Replacing the sync logic with a custom order status is not supported at this time. If you require a custom order status to trigger the sync, we are happy to scope the required work and provide a quote for the custom development.
